Job Title: Equine and Farm Co-Ordinator - Full Time to start in April

​

Location: Denford, NN14 4EQ
Hours: Term Time only, Monday to Friday, 9.15am – 3.45pm
Rate of Pay: Pro rata from £13.25 per hour

​

Overall Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Equine and Farm Co-Ordinator to join our team supporting children and young adults with a diagnosis of severe and complex autism and behaviours that may challenge. You will play an active role in delivering agreed learning, behaviour, and support plans, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to create meaningful, engaging, and therapeutic learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead activities that reduce barriers to learning and promote engagement

  • Deliver bespoke curriculum plans and developmental courses

  • Lead and support equine, farm, and animal care activities

  • Support sport, leisure, and outdoor learning opportunities

  • Promote positive behaviour through proactive and preventative strategies

  • Create a calm, structured, and enjoyable educational environment
